[Developer Note] 3rd Anniversary Greetings and Content Adjustments (Edited on 5/18 9:45 AM)

This community is the reason we’re still here, and we don’t take that lightly. Thank you.
To celebrate, we’re launching the OUTERPLANE Festival — packed with events, new content, and rewards. Our 3rd Anniversary limited hero [Midnight Rush Skadi] is joining the roster, so give her a warm welcome.
This update also brings the interaction features we teased, a Side Story revamp, and Real-Time Arena Beta Season 2. Affinity is expanding to Lv.100, and we’re adding a new [Chat] feature to help you get closer to your favorite heroes. We’ll keep expanding which heroes are available for interactions as we go.
On the Real Time Arena side, we’ve fixed several bugs and added weekly global hero bans, skill adjustments, and a Vanguard Ban system for Masters League — more tools for deck variety and strategy.
We also owe you an apology. Some of the improvements and balance changes from our previous roadmap need more time. We’re sorry for the wait, and we’ll make it worth it.
Based on current data, we found that certain decks were being used to approach most bosses in the same way, and our initial goal was to reduce that issue. However, trying to apply changes that would limit the decks Masters have spent so much time researching, refining, and perfecting during a meaningful celebration like the 3rd Anniversary was short-sighted on my part.
Even if there were balance concerns within the content, pushing these changes into the 3rd Anniversary update was not the right approach. I sincerely apologize for causing concern and disappointment during a time when we should have been sharing only good news with you.
As a result, we will be putting all related Dimensional Singularity balance adjustments planned for this update on hold, including the boss debuff duration reductions and the addition of immunity to Damage over Time.
For future balance improvements to this content, we will take more time to carefully review Masters’ decks and play patterns, then re-examine the overall design intent and structure from the ground up before proceeding with any adjustments.
I always want to share only good news with our Masters, so I am truly sorry that I must once again come to you with disappointing news and an apology.
Although this letter included some heavy updates regarding schedule delays and balance adjustments, we have prepared a full lineup of 3rd Anniversary events so that Masters can enjoy free recruitment opportunities, including Limited Recruitment Tickets and Call of the Demiurge, as well as various rewards such as Eris’s costume.
Once again, I would like to sincerely thank all Masters for always believing in and supporting OUTERPLANE.
