1. All submitted entries will undergo internal review to select 10 finalists.
2. Final winners will be determined as follows:

[⚠️ Submission Guidelines]
1. Entry Requirements

(1) Original Work Only
All submissions must be 100% original creations by the participant. The following are not allowed:
– Plagiarism or tracing
– Unauthorized references or edits of existing artworks
– Use of any third-party content

(2) No AI Usage
The use of AI is strictly prohibited, including:
– AI-generated images
– AI-assisted editing (upscaling, style transfer, etc.)
– AI-generated assets or backgrounds
– Any AI-based tools or filters

(3) Copyright Restrictions
The following are not allowed:
– Characters or assets from other games, brands, or IPs
– Unauthorized use of copyrighted images, textures, or photos
– Real-life faces, personal information, or SNS IDs
– Photographs, cosplay, or non-illustrated content
※ Any legal disputes are the sole responsibility of the participant.

(4) Quality Requirements
– Emojis must be in PNG format with a minimum resolution of 360×360px
– Finalists will be required to submit high-resolution source files (including PSD)
– Low-quality, heavily compressed, or unclear images may be disqualified

(5) Prohibited Content
1. Entries containing the following will be disqualified:
– Excessive sexual content
– Violent or graphic imagery
– Hate speech or discriminatory content
– Political or religious messaging
– Content that defames others or other IPs
– Any content deemed inappropriate by the Operations Team

(6) Minimum Submission Criteria
1. Entries that do not meet the following will not qualify for participation rewards:
– Fewer than 2 emojis submitted
– Extremely low-effort work (rough sketches, stick figures, quick doodles, etc.)
– Incomplete or draft-level submissions
– Posts without images
– Missing hashtags or submission form
– Content unrelated to the contest
– Template-based or non-original compositions

2. Usage Right
By submitting your work, you agree that:
VAGAMES and Major9 may use your submission for promotions, SNS, in-game banners, websites, and events
Minor edits (cropping, color adjustments, resizing, etc.) may be applied if necessary
Copyright remains with the creator, but VAGAMES and Major9 retain a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license

3. Disqualification Criteria
– Entries may be disqualified even after selection if:
– Plagiarism or copyright violations are discovered
– AI usage is detected
– Vote manipulation or fraudulent activity is identified
– False information was submitted
– The original post is deleted (including X posts)
– The participant fails to respond to organizer communications

4. Eligibility
All OUTERPLANE players are welcome to participate
Minors are considered to have obtained guardian consent
