[Issues] Known Issues (3/24 Maintenance)

Hello Masters,

We would like to inform you about several issues that have been identified. Our apologies for the trouble while we work on fixing these issues.

1. An issue where the ‘Story Cutscene’ text in the Consecutive Battle screen was displayed in Korean.
→ This issue is currently under investigation

2. An issue where the description at the bottom of the Support screen was displayed in Korean.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.

3. An issue where the icon for Apostle’s Step-Up V was displayed differently from the actual product contents.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.

4. An issue where the Points Bonus in Joint Challenge was applied based on the first and second deployed heroes instead of Bonus Heroes.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.

5. An issue where in the Core Fusion screen, after tapping the rotate button and then pressing the back button, the top UI disappears.
> Returning after viewing 2D illustrations, zooming in, or clicking the story button, restores the screen to normal.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.

6. An issue where, after the no-maintenance patch on 3/27 (Fri), players at Account Level 50 encounter a Protocol Error” when claiming the [Special Reward] from the Antiparticle Generator, preventing them from receiving it.
> The “Cumulative Reward” can still be claimed normally.
> We are currently reviewing the affected recipients and compensation scope, and will provide further details in a separate notice later.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.

7. An issue where Arena season-end rewards are granted differently than intended to some accounts.
> Compensation will be provided during the 4/7 maintenance to Masters affected by this issue.
