[Notice] Global 2 Server Connection Issues

Dear Masters,

We have confirmed an issue affecting access and gameplay on the Global 2 server.
This issue appears to have been caused by a temporary spike in traffic, and we are currently carrying out stabilization measures as quickly as possible.
