[Issues] Known Issues (1/27 Maintenance) (Added on 1/28 at 02:00 UTC)

Hello Masters,
We would like to inform you about several issues that have been identified. Our apologies for the trouble while we work on fixing these issues.
1. When attempting an Irregular Pursuit Operation Sweep without sufficient Stamina, an “Invalid request.” message is displayed.

2. Upon reconnecting to the game, the lobby is automatically set to Lobby Preset 1 every time.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.
3. An issue where typos are present in Monad Iota skills.
→ Fixed on 1/27 (Tue) through a temporary maintenance.
4. An issue where battle records cannot be saved in Irregular Pursuit Operation, and an error popup appears when attempting to save them. (Added on 1/27 at 06:00).
→ Fixed on 1/27 (Tue) through a temporary maintenance.
5. An issue where some content is displayed in Korean. (Added on 1/27 at 06:00).
→ Fixed on 1/27 (Tue) through a temporary maintenance.
6. An issue where the Pack Purchase Bonus count does not increase when purchasing the New Master Support Package or a Custom Package. (Added on 1/27 at 07:55).
→ Fixed on 1/27 (Tue) through a temporary maintenance.
7. An issue where some of Monad Iota’s animations play faster than intended. (Added on 1/27 at 09:40)
→ This issue is currently under investigation.
8. An issue where the Arena ticket purchase quantity adjustment screen is displayed incorrectly. (Added on 1/28 at 02:00)
→ This issue is currently under investigation.
9. An issue where Monad Iota’s expression reverts to the default when interacted with in the Lobby after setting a non-default expression.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.
10. An issue has been identified where attempting to enter a Friendly Match on the Global 1 server displays a “Session has expired” message and prevents entry.
→ This issue is currently under investigation.
11. An issue where, after claiming the Day 5 reward of the [The Sun, Everlasting Light] Check-in event, the event no longer appears, preventing players from claiming the Day 6 and Day 7 rewards. (Added on 2/2 19:00)
→ This issue is currently under investigation.
→ For Masters who logged in on Day 6 and Day 7 but were unable to receive the login rewards, the rewards will be distributed during the scheduled maintenance on 2/10.
12. An issue where the “A New Beginning” title effect is not applied in Skyward Tower (Very Hard)
→ This issue is currently under investigation.
