[📌 Judging Process]
Before public voting, all submissions will undergo internal review, and 10 finalists will be selected.
Final winners will be determined by combining the following scores:
– User Vote: 50%
– Internal Judging: 50%

Internal judging criteria include creativity, overall quality, world-setting relevance, and compliance with the guidelines. Any actions considered fraudulent—such as multi-account voting or repeated voting—will result in total disqualification.

⚠️ Fan Art Submission Guidelines

1. Artwork Submission Requirements

(1) Originality
– Submitted works must be 100% original creations made by the participant. The following are not allowed and will be disqualified:
– Plagiarism, tracing, or using another artist’s sketch, layout, or composition
– Unauthorized references, edits of existing illustrations, or commercial fan art
– Using any part of another creator’s work, even partially

(2) AI Usage Prohibited
– AI-generated or AI-assisted works are strictly forbidden. Submissions will be invalid if:
– The image is generated by AI
– Any AI-based enhancement (upscaling, style transfer, etc.) has been applied
– AI-generated backgrounds, materials, or layouts are used
– AI compositing or AI-based filters are used

(3) Copyright Restrictions
– The following content may not be included in submissions:
– Characters or backgrounds from other games, brands, or IPs
– Copyrighted images, photos, or textures taken from other sources
– Real persons’ faces, personal information, or SNS IDs
– Photographic composites, cosplay, or any non-illustration material
– Any submission that causes copyright disputes (full responsibility lies with the participant)

(4) Artwork Quality Requirements
– Resolution and file size are free.
– Finalists (Top 10) may be asked to provide high-resolution original files (including PSD) for exhibition or promotional use.
– Extremely low-resolution images, heavily blurred or damaged files, or works whose main elements are difficult to identify may be excluded in the preliminary review.

(5) Prohibited Content
– Submissions containing the following will not be judged: Excessive nudity, Graphic violence, Hateful or discriminatory expressions, Political or religious messaging, Defamation of other users or IPs, any content deemed inappropriate for the contest’s purpose by the operations team

(6) Minimum Submission Requirements
– Entries that fall under the following will not receive the participation reward:
– Scribbles, 5-minute sketches, or drawings lacking sufficient completeness
– Simple silhouettes, stick figures, or artworks still in the rough phase
– Posts containing only text or without an image
– Missing required hashtags or failure to upload on SNS
– Missing Google Form submission
– Entries irrelevant to the contest or showing clear lack of effort
– Auto-generated filter images, templates, sticker compilations, or works lacking originality

2. Artwork Usage Rights

By submitting your artwork, you are considered to agree to the following:
– VAGAMES and Major 9 may freely use submitted artworks for promotional purposes across various channels (SNS, in-game banners, website, event pages, etc.).
– Submissions may be cropped, color-adjusted, or modified for banner formatting as needed.
– Copyright remains with the creator. However, VAGAMES and Major9 retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the artwork.

3. Disqualification After Winning

– Winners may have their prize revoked even after announcement if:
– Plagiarism or copyright infringement is discovered
– AI usage or AI enhancement is confirmed
– Fraudulent voting (multi-account use, bot voting, etc.) is detected
– False submission information is found
– The submission is deleted (including SNS posts)
– The participant does not respond to operations team contact for an extended period

4. Eligibility

– All OUTERPLANE users may participate.
– For minors, participation is considered to have guardian/legal representative consent.

5. Disclaimer

– Participants join the event at their own responsibility.
– VAGAMES and Major9 is not legally responsible for issues caused by platform errors, SNS policy changes, or network problems.
– Event schedule and rules may be changed without prior notice.
– Any legal dispute caused by the submitted work is the sole responsibility of the participant.
– We look forward to seeing your creative fan art!
