[Update] 2026/07/21(Tue) Patch Note
Dear Masters,
We would like to inform you of the in-game update scheduled for 2026/07/21(Tue).
You can check the updated content in the game after maintenance is completed.
Please refer to the details below for more information.
1. Renewed Story Added and Related UI Improvements
- A new story featuring a new protagonist and their companions will be added.
1) A new tutorial will be introduced. After clearing all three areas of the Renewed Story, the existing Origin Story will become available.
- Masters who have already progressed through Origin Story can continue where they left off.
- The three Hard difficulty areas of the Renewed Story will unlock after clearing all of Origin Story Season 1 Normal.
2) The tutorials and stories for Skyward Tower / Monad Gate Prologue / Irregular Extermination Project will be updated.
- You can view the updated stories from [Codex] – [Story Codex].
3) UI Changes
- The Hero displayed in the default Lobby and on the Adventure screen will be changed to Luna.
※ The English voice lines for Luna and Demiurge Luna in the new tutorial will be added in a future patch after the update. We will share the exact schedule through a separate notice once it has been confirmed.
- The Adventure screen will be updated so that the Renewed Story and Origin Story can be accessed separately.
- The Story UI will be updated.
2. Guide Quest Revamp
- Guide Quests will be revamped to improve the existing structure, which disrupted story progression by requiring players to engage in other content.
- The existing Guide Quest and Challenge Quest structure will be replaced with the following four tabs.
ㄴ Story Quest / Origin Quest / Challenge Quest / Arena Quest
- Story Quest, Challenge Quest, and Arena Quest will be newly available. Challenge Quest will unlock after clearing Renewed Story 2-3.
- Origin Quest will reflect your Origin Story progress before the update, and mission rewards will be available based on your progress.
- The Hero obtainable from the Mirsha Continent Adventure and Guide Quest will be changed from [Veronica] to [Luna].
3. Permanent Event Dungeon Changes
1) The following three Event Dungeons will end.
- Full Speed Ahead! Shipbound Sports Festival
- Golden Break Mayhem
- Moonlight at World’s End
2) To help Masters learn more about the world of OUTERPLANE, the following Event Dungeons will be added as permanent Event Dungeons.
- Moment Ring – The Eternal Preserver
- In the Great New World
- Hot Spring Inn in the Winter Land
The newly added permanent Event Dungeons offer various rewards, including Special Recruitment Tickets, Refined Glunite, Reforge Catalysts, and Transistones.
4. The Archdemon’s Ruins Closing
- [Story] – [Eva’s Tactical Guide] and [Challenge] – [The Archdemon’s Ruins] will no longer be available.
- Talisman Chests previously obtainable from The Archdemon’s Ruins will be made available through other Challenge content.
5. Base
- The [Base] background will be changed.
- The locations of [Synchro Room] and [Quirk] will be changed.
6. Balance Adjustment
- As announced in the 2026/07/14(Tue) Patch Note, [Heatwave Cop Delta] and [Ryu Lion] will be unable to be placed on the same team.
- If [Heatwave Cop Delta] and [Ryu Lion] are placed on the same team from the Team Formation screen, a notification will appear stating that they cannot be placed together.
- The description of [Heatwave Cop Delta]’s [Freeze!] skill will be updated.

– Masters who met the requirements by clearing the corresponding areas before the update can claim the rewards without clearing the Renewed Story.
9. Other Improvements and Changes
– During a Ranked Challenge period, a red dot will appear on the Lobby banner and the Event button on the Adventure screen if you have not played Ranked Challenge.
– When [Settings] – [Motion Blur] is set to ON, Motion Blur will now be applied in Heatwave Cop Delta’s Exclusive Lobby.
– Renewed Story character models will now be reflected in some scenes of Heatwave Cop Delta’s Exclusive Lobby.
– After tapping the Hide UI button on the Lobby screen, [Lobby Settings] in the upper-left corner will no longer reappear after a certain amount of time.
– Story Skip will now be available when first-person choices appear during dialogue scenes.
– In line with the Story revamp, the Heroes granted to accounts created after the update will be changed as follows.
ㄴ (Before) K / Eva / Lisha / Snow
ㄴ (After) Luna / Viella / Delta
– Title screens that introduce dialogue scenes in the Story will be improved.
– The “Remove Ads when purchasing Stamina” benefit included in the Veronica Premium Pack will be changed.
ㄴ The Watch Ad button for Stamina recharge will be disabled, and 180 Stamina will be sent to your Mailbox every day.
10. Bug Fixes
– Fixed an issue where Heroes unavailable in Real Time Arena were also unavailable in Friendly Match.
– Fixed an issue in Real Time Arena where placing Monad Eva on a team applied Seal Extra Skill to enemies with Immunity at the start of battle.
– Fixed an issue where the red dot did not appear on the Arena banner after entering the Adventure screen while the Real Time Arena weekly reward red dot was active.
– Fixed an issue in World Boss where Supporter Team damage was not applied when the Boss was inflicted with Break during a Dark Hero’s turn.
– Fixed an issue where a red dot remained on ended Event banners for some accounts.
– Fixed an issue where Heatwave Cop Delta’s voice lines overlapped when she was tapped shortly after entering a Lobby where she was placed.
– Fixed an issue where [Heatwave Cop Delta]’s [Freeze!] displayed an incorrect value for the increase to all allies’ damage dealt at Skill Level 5.
