[Notice] Game Freeze Issue When Entering Certain Content and Temporary Workaround

Dear Masters,

We have confirmed an issue where the game may freeze when entering certain content in some environments.

■ Confirmed Issue

An issue where the game may not proceed normally when entering the following content:

  • Base
  • Guild Base
  • Terminus Isle
  • Certain other content

■ Temporary Workaround

Please try the following steps first.

  1. From the Lobby, go to [Hero].
  2. Select a Hero you own, then go to [Affinity] > [Side Story].
  3. Complete the tutorial that appears when entering Side Story.
  4. After completing the tutorial, fully close the game and launch it again.
  5. When the additional download prompt appears, proceed with the download.

After the additional download is complete, you will be able to access the content listed above normally.

※ You may use the Side Story of any Hero you own that has access to Side Story.

■ If the Issue Persists

If the issue persists after following the steps above, please proceed as follows.

  1. Uninstall the game from your device.
  2. Reinstall and launch the game.
  3. When the download options appear, select [Download All] instead of [Minimum Download].

We are currently investigating this issue and will provide a separate notice once it has been resolved.
