[Notice] Regarding the Abnormal Distribution of Stage 6 Gem Selection Chests (7/21 14:10 Completed)

Dear Master,

After today’s update, we confirmed an issue where Stage 6 Gem Selection Chests were distributed abnormally under certain conditions.

The abnormally distributed amount, excluding the number of chests that should have been obtained normally, has now been recovered.

However, for accounts that used the abnormally distributed chests and obtained Gems, we are currently reviewing the account data and processing the recovery individually.

To ensure accurate recovery, temporary access restrictions have been applied to some accounts. These restrictions will be lifted sequentially once the recovery process for each account is complete.

This measure is being taken to ensure that abnormally distributed items do not remain in the game, and we will do our best to restore normal access as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this issue has caused.

We will continue to investigate the issue and take additional measures to prevent it from happening again.
