[Issues] Known Issues (5/6 Maintenance)(Added on 5/11 07:20)

Hello Masters,

We would like to inform you about several issues that have been identified. Our apologies for the trouble while we work on fixing these issues.


1. An issue where the Seasonal Hero Selection Recruitment banner remains visible after the recruitment period has ended, and an “Invalid Request” popup appears when selecting a Seasonal Hero recruitment target.
> The Seasonal Hero Selection Recruitment banner is intended to disappear after the recruitment period ends.
→ Fixed during 5/7 (Thurs) Temporary Maintenance.


2. An issue where an error popup appears in certain situations during Friendly Matches, preventing the match from proceeding normally.
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

3. An issue where the [Challenge! World Boss] background image displays a boss other than Harshna.
→ Fixed during 5/7 (Thurs) Temporary Maintenance.

4. An issue where the WG recovery amount in [Dimensional Singularity] is displayed differently from the actual specification.
→ Fixed during 5/7 (Thurs) Temporary Maintenance.

5. An issue where ranking rewards cannot be claimed if the player is not within the Top 100 in [Dimensional Singularity] rankings.
→ Fixed during 5/7 (Thurs) Temporary Maintenance.

※ Masters who played Dimensional Singularity berofe 5/7(Thurs) 00:00 UTC will receive the rewards via their Mailbox.

7. An issue where some Codex buffs are not applied to [Arena defense] teams.
→ Fixed during 5/7 (Thurs) Temporary Maintenance.

8. An issue where some text appears in Korean on the [Dimensional Singularity] team lineup screen and Hero level cap expansion screen.
→ Fixed during 5/7 (Thurs) Temporary Maintenance.

9. An issue where the team lineup displayed in Dimensional Singularity rankings is based on the highest score. (Added on 5/8 02:00)

ㄴ The intended behavior is for the displayed team lineup to update based on the most recent team formation used.
→ Fixed during 5/8 (Thurs) Sequential Rolling Patch.

10. An issue where some accounts are unable to properly purchase Equipment Slot expansions up to 1,500 slots. (Added on 5/8 02:00)

→ We are currently investigating this issue.

11. An issue where the reward screen may display incorrectly when scrolling all the way to the right in Step 3 of Eva’s Guide Quest. (Added on 5/11 07:20)

ㄴ The reward screen will display normally after reconnecting to the game.
→ We are currently investigating this issue.
