[Issues] Known Issues (4/21 Maintenance) (Added 4/22 08:45)

Hello Masters,

We would like to inform you about several issues that have been identified. Our apologies for the trouble while we work on fixing these issues.

1. An issue will be fixed where clearing a dungeon via Special Request grants additional rewards regardless of the remaining daily bonus reward count
→ This issue has been fixed on 4/21.

2. An issue where Evolution Stones are included in the enhancement materials for Gift Node level upgrades.
→ This issue has been fixed on 4/21.

3. An issue where infinite loading occurs when entering Monad Gate on specific accounts. → We are currently investigating this issue. (Added 4/21 08:55)
→ This issue has been fixed on 4/21.

4. An issue where the Death God is not displayed when using Core Fusion Eternal’s skills. → We are currently investigating this issue. (Added 4/21 08:55)
→ This issue has been fixed on 4/21.

5. An issue where WG does not break even when reduced to 0 on specific bosses in Monad Gate. → We are currently investigating this issue. (Added 4/21 08:55)
→ This issue has been fixed on 4/21.
– Compensation will be provided to Masters who did not receive their rewards, and further details will be announced via a separate notice.

6. An issue where rewards are not obtained in certain situations upon clearing nodes in Terminus Isle. (Added 4/21 09:30)
→ This issue has been fixed on 4/21.

7. An issue where clicking the Use button for the Book of Evolution in the [Inventory] screen does not proceed and instead displays a message stating there are no heroes available for evolution. (Added 4/21 09:30)
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

8. An issue where Sweep All for Hypnotic Frog Hall and Ark Raid is not reflected in certain missions. (Added 4/21 09:30)
→ This issue has been fixed on 4/21.

9. An issue where the ‘Auto in 3s’ text briefly displays in Korean before switching to English during continuous battle. (Added 4/21 09:30)
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

10. An issue where the Alpha Guide Quest Stage 5 [Part 1 Hard 5-8 Clear] mission does not complete. (Added 4/22 07:45)
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

11. An issue where the Dual Attack does not trigger when using Premine’s Skill Burst 3. (Added 4/22 07:45)
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

12. An issue where a ‘Protocol Error’ pop-up would appear upon entering the Lobby with certain accounts, preventing players from proceeding. (Added 4/22 08:45)

→ We are currently investigating this issue.
