[Issues] Known Issues (4/7 Maintenance) (4/7 08:15 Added)

Hello Masters,

We would like to inform you about several issues that have been identified. Our apologies for the trouble while we work on fixing these issues.

1. An issue where the screen may freeze under certain conditions if another player forfeits while you are in the process of selecting Heroes during a Friendly Match
→ We are currently investigating this issue

2. An issue where progress may stop during auto-battle in the The Land of Blooming Promise, starting partway through Normal Stage 1-7, 2-7
→ We are currently investigating this issue.
→ The stage can be progressed normally after reconnecting to the game.

3. An issue where the Confirm and Cancel buttons on the Real Time Arena rematch screen are displayed in Korean (4/7 08:15 Added)
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

4. An issue where, when the game language is set to a language other than Korean, and English the text appears as □□ when Buff Effect Transfer or Spatial Distortion is applied during battle (4/7 08:15 Added)
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

5. An issue where loading stops at 70% and prevents progress when entering Chapter 11 of certain Hero’ Side Stories.
→ We are currently investigating this issue.

6. An issue where an error pop-up appears and prevents the sale of a Fully Grown 3★ Companion Selection Ticket on certain accounts.
→ We are currently investigating this issue.
