1. An issue where, after the no-maintenance patch on 3/27 (Fri), players at Account Level 50 encounter a “Protocol Error” when claiming the [Special Reward] from the Antiparticle Generator, preventing them from receiving it.
> The “”Cumulative Reward”” can still be claimed normally.
> We are currently reviewing the affected recipients and compensation scope, and will provide further details in a separate notice later.
