[Issues] Known Issues (3/12 Maintenance) (3/12 12:10 Added)

Hello Masters,

We would like to inform you about several issues that have been identified. Our apologies for the trouble while we work on fixing these issues.

1.An issue where, upon completing a Monad Gate without collecting rewards on the reward collection screen, the Monad Report screen incorrectly displays EXP as having increased.
– When attempting to collect Monad Report level rewards, an “Invalid request.” popup appears.
– Reconnecting to the game will restore EXP to its correct value.

2. An issue where, in certain situations, the Affinity screen for a Hero displays abnormally when the player has all giftable items for that Hero. (3/12 09:30 Added)

3. An issue where the names of ‘Pieces of Skadi’ and ‘Pieces of Rey’ are displayed swapped in the Thumbs-Up Badge Shop. (3/12 09:30 Added)

4. An issue where an “Invalid request.” notification appears in certain interactions when claiming Rico’s Supply Shop level achievement rewards. (3/12 09:30 Added)
– This issue is occurring on the Global 2 server.

5. An issue where hero is displayed abnormally on the result screen under certain conditions when a battle ends due to turn exhaustion in [World Boss]. (Added 3/12 11:30)

6. An issue where only 1 item is given instead of the intended quantity when purchasing [Blue Star Dust x30] or [Blue Memory Stone x30] from Rico’s Supply Shop. (Added 3/12 11:30)

7. An issue where the result screen does not appear and the battle becomes unplayable when Demiurge Luna achieves MVP upon clearing the World Boss.(Updated 3/13 01:42)

8. An issue where the exclusive lobby touch interaction stops working when returning to the lobby after entering the Mirsha Settlement Support screen during a limited Hero’s exclusive lobby touch sequence. (Added 3/12 12:10)

9. An issue where, when the voice language is set to Japanese, the voice line that plays during Eris’s Upgrade incorrectly plays the Transcend voice line instead. (Added 3/13 07:20)

10. A pop-up displaying “Invalid request.” appears when proceeding with Irregular Monster Elimination battles. (Added 3/15 01:20)

11. An issue where certain nodes in specific routes within Depth 6 and above of Monad Gate cannot be entered.
– If you encounter this issue, please proceed through a different available node as a workaround. Selecting a different node will not affect the ending.
