[Notice] Mystic Sage Ame Lobby Issue & Compensation

Dear Masters,

We would like to inform you of an issue currently identified with Mystic Sage Ame’s exclusive lobby.

■ Issue Details
When using Mystic Sage Ame’s exclusive lobby, the camera focus may appear incorrect, or parts of the screen may display as black.

■ Cause & Temporary Workaround
This issue occurred during the application process of Mystic Sage Ame’s exclusive lobby.
We are currently investigating the cause and preparing a fix; however, resolution will require additional time.
Due to year-end and New Year review schedules, an immediate fix is not possible. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Our goal is to apply the fix during the next scheduled maintenance. Further updates will be provided once the review process is complete and the schedule is confirmed.

Temporary workaround:
If you wish to avoid this issue, please switch to a lobby other than Mystic Sage Ame’s exclusive lobby.

■ Compensation
As an apology for the inconvenience, compensation will be provided as follows:

① All Masters
Ether (Free) ×500
Claim Period: Dec 23, 08:00 UTC – Dec 29, 23:30 UTC
Storage Period: 14 days

② Masters who own Mystic Sage Ame’s Exclusive Lobby
Additional Ether(Free) ×1,500
Which will be distributed after the completion of the next maintenance
